Perenne Design endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If you have had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, then, following a quality check, we are open to exchanging your product for a replacement. To be eligible for such an exchange of products, your item(s) must fulfill the following criteria:
– The item(s) must be unused
– The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in
– The item(s) must be contained in the original packaging
To exchange a product or report any damages in transit, please get in touch via email with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@perennedesign.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item under consideration. Our team will look into the issue and respond to you within 2 business days.
Products that are bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in Perenne Design store(s).
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we have been provided with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by the shipping company and/or the recipient refuses the package.
