Design & Craft: Vastra, Sanskrit for ‘cloth’, is a sustainable and craft-forward collection. The floral design is hand-embossed through an embroidered fabric on the plate, hence, the name ‘Vastra’. The plates are then twice-fired to stabilise the embossing on the plates. The bent edge on the plates not only gives an aesthetic edge to the design, but also aids in holding the plate with ease.
