Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you confirm the shipping address for your order.
Each order at Perenne Design is treated with utmost care and attention. Our ‘Screen, Clean, Pack‘ process ensures that you get a satisfactory and clean piece from us. In an attempt to protect products from damages in-transit, we use premium packaging technologies, such as inflatable and vacuum packaging where applicable. Be it wood, steel, glass, cotton or fragile ceramics – each material gets the packaging it deserves, without cutting any corners.
Despite our best efforts, we understand that a product may reach you as damaged in-transit. In such a case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery of the order on +91 (0) 98114 61540 / care@perennedesign.com and we will provide a resolution within 24 business hours.
If you are ordering from outside of India, your order may attract customs duties and/or import taxes. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the port of entry and vary based on the destination country and the type of products imported. Such duties and taxes for international orders are NOT included as part of the product or shipping charges that you pay through our website.
You will need to pay the applicable customs duties and/or import taxes directly to the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping company. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Perenne Design will unfortunately not be able to accept a request for refund.
Please note that it is not possible for Perenne Design to provide any duty or tarriff estimates, or pre-collect such charges for the customs duty and/or import taxes at the time of placing the order. These charges are determined by the Customs Authority or Ministry of Trade of the destination country at the point of entry of the goods.
Perenne Design endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. If you have had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, then, following a quality check, we are open to exchanging your product for a replacement. To be eligible for such an exchange of products, your item(s) must fulfil the following criteria:
– The item(s) must be unused
– The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in
– The item(s) must be contained in the original packaging
To exchange a product or report any damages in transit, please get in touch via email with our Customer Care within 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery at care@perennedesign.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item under consideration. Our team will look into the issue and respond to you within 2 (two) working days.
As a policy, we do not accept return or refund requests for orders that are delivered at the correct shipping address as per the order placed. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Products that are bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in Perenne Design store(s).
