Perenne Design endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. If you have had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, then, following a quality check, we are open to exchanging your product for a replacement. To be eligible for such an exchange of products, your item(s) must fulfil the following criteria:
– The item(s) must be unused
– The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in
– The item(s) must be contained in the original packaging

To exchange a product or report any damages in transit, please get in touch via email with our Customer Care within 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery at care@perennedesign.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item under consideration. Our team will look into the issue and respond to you within 2 (two) working days.

As a policy, we do not accept return or refund requests for orders that are delivered at the correct shipping address as per the order placed. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Products that are bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in Perenne Design store(s).

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. We are unable to offer refunds if:

    • an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer
    • if there are 2 (two) failed delivery attempts by the shipping company
    • the recipient damages the order package or its contents
    • the recipient refuses the order package

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

As a policy, we do not accept exchange or return requests for international orders. We do not offer exchanges or returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition and at the correct shipping address as per the order placed.

To report any quality/manufacturing defects or damages in-transit, please get in touch via email with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery at care@perennedesign.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the defect or transit damage in consideration. Our team will look into the issue and respond to you within 2 business days.
